Raththaran’s history as a social worker runs to his early ages. he was a famous and loved young man with a kind heart among the villagers and friends. After becoming the Dewagathi of Sri Vishnu Dewalaya he felt that helping people is not only his duty but his responsibly.

To widen and organize the services he did to his society he started the Kishantha Pushpakumara Foundation. Funding for this foundation are gathered by donation and Sri Vishnu Dewalaya's income is the main source of funding.

Raththaran believe his possession and powers was granted to him to help all the people in need , and he works according to this belief with out expecting anything in return.
