Raththan is the founder and the chief Dewagathi of Batadoowa Sri Vishnu Dewalaya. This Dewalaya is dedicated to God Sri Vishnu. This place is famous for its miraculous powers. Lot of people from all around the country comes in seek of guidance and relief from problems and pains.
Raththaran started this Devalaya after he realized he is possessed by a supernatural power and realized he has gained amazing abilities. He wanted to help people using these powers, so started the Dewalya.
