Sri Vishnu Dewalaya is a shrine built to the name of God Sri Vishnu , a famous Hindu god but widely worshiped and honored by Sri Lanken Buddhists also. The chief Dewagathi of Batadoowa Sri Vishnu Dewalaya is Mr Krishantha Pushpakumara also known as Raththaran.

He found and built this Dewalaya to make offerings to the gods and worship after he realized he has awarded special powers by God. He believes his life's main objective and responsibility is to help people , people who are suffering from sorrows and pains. He is a dedicated Buddhist but treats all the religions the same way.

Raththarn is the founder and chairman of Krishantha Pushpakumara Social Service Foundation. He has widened his social service work through this foundation and also given the opportunity to people who are willing to join his works.
